They're decent. It would be nice though, if they would hire people, that were easier to understand, when a customer has to go in there for assistance.

I am very grateful to Joaly for helping me to solve the issue with Metro PCS app on my phone - I got a new phone, and the app was not working, I went to 3 different Metro locations to try to fix the app, but nobody could figure it out. Finally Joaly at 1000 Veterans managed to fix it! This lady is super-smart! Thanks, Joaly!

Yeah finally a metro store conscious of customer service, even though I wasn't spending a bunch of money in a new phone nevertheless prompt and happy service
