If you are an established customer and are seeking to get an upgrade then they are so awful. Every time I have to replace my phone they attempt to sell me some $400 phone. Or I can change my number and I can get the same phone for less than half the price. No! I don't want to change my number! I've had this phone number for the past 10+ years. Purchase a internet box from this location that was defective. Brought device back 4 times and it still don't work. One store location told me that the box was old and they didn't understand why we were sold this box in the first place. After several trips to the T-Mobile store, I requested a refund. It has only been 2 days since device was purchased and I was told by Emp ID: #EFP008 that I could not receive a refund. This is definitely a case of fraudulent activity and a terrible representation of T-Mobile. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. He also stated that he spoke with the store manager and he said that a refund would not be granted. This store stole our money and refuse to give it back. I have my receipt as proof of purchase. I need to speak with someone regarding this matter. I advise anyone never to shop at this location. He did not register the account correctly either. This does not deserve a star at all.

Long wait in store with not enough seats. After 45 minutes simply left the Harvey Louisiana store on Manhattan blvd. Only 2 representatives seeing customers and excessive Waite time and I left the store without being waited on. Very poor service!

Waste of time. Store is never open. Even during the middle of the day when the lights are on and signs say open , the employees are hiding in the back with the doors locked.
The one time I did make it inside the employee tried to tell me they were out of stock on every single brand of phone except the specific T-Mobile Brand phones, which I am sure they make the most profit on.
No Samsungs, Motorolla or iPhones at a cellphone store? Scammers.
You better off skipping this place and driving down the road to the next location.

Stay away from this store if you plan on using a promotion from the MetroPCS website because they won't honor it , waste of my time and effort hunting a store that actually had the phone I wanted for them to try and charge me 4 times what the website said.... I believe its false advertising and maliciously misleading and what makes me say this is that its an "in store " promotion and can't be done onlineComplete fail on all levels!

It was great! Anna was the best at helping me and getting me a discount on my bill !! She was funny and smart and had a great smile and laugh even when things were kinda taking a while - bc I forgot my passcode- she was great!! The other workers were great too and didn’t mind my son playing games on one of the phones while we fixed my account!! They handled everything !!

I am very grateful to Joaly for helping me to solve the issue with Metro PCS app on my phone - I got a new phone, and the app was not working, I went to 3 different Metro locations to try to fix the app, but nobody could figure it out. Finally Joaly at 1000 Veterans managed to fix it! This lady is super-smart! Thanks, Joaly!
