“I felt like the guys there really went above and beyond. I lost my husband in November and had never had to do the oil change before. They walked me through it, told me my windshield wipers were dry rotted and replaced them. They also told me my battery is nine years old and where to get one exactly like the one I have. it was a totally positive experience all of them were professional, friendly, and helpful.I have been thinking how great it would be if there was a place where women who are alone or men who just don't know a lot about cars could go get their tires check, oil checked, etc. I'd gladly pay a fee every month to have it done.Anyway, service was excellent. I came away in a better mood than I went there. I am 77 years old and have a lot of experience with customer service. This was the best!”
