2601 Jefferson Highway, Jefferson LA 70121
“The team was professional, efficient, and displayed excellent customer service. It stood out as customer service in general is somewhat obsolete these days. The communication I get observed among the team was impressive. Almost like watching surgeons in an ER. I will never go anywhere else after this experience and highly recommend to everyone I know.”

“My experience with Jefferson Auto Service was incredible! They were so kind, helpful, thorough, and my car runs better than it ever has. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. Personally, the best part is the super detailed report you get when you have the diagnostic test done. I’ve never received a report with such detail that includes pictures and videos of the assessments of YOUR car being done. As someone who loves data, this was absolutely fascinating and so comforting to know that I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. My cars will never see another automotive shop because they are my forever mechanics now. Super grateful for them and their skill and hospitality! 10/10 all around! And they have complementary full size cans of Diet Coke (as well as many other options) in their waiting area!! What a luxury!”

“We went in last night with a low tire, knowing it couldn't be fixed & we'd need to replace the front 2. With it being so late we were going catch a lyft home and pick up our car the next day. The staff was so nice and went ahead and changed out the tires for us even though it was getting close to closing time. I truly do appreciate them! Made things a lot less stressful for us.”

“The guys at Gene's Auto Care are some of the best in the business. They take good care of their customers, let them know of things that may need to be replaced in the future and will be up front about their pricing and parts. That doesn't even match how fast a turn around time there is. I dropped my Rogue off for brakes first thing in the morning and by noon they were finished. I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for as long as they are in business.”

“Dear Take 5 Leadership Team, I am writing to formally recognize and commend Lib & Ta’ Shawn at your General DeGaulle location for delivering an exceptionally professional and impressive customer service experience during my recent visit for an oil change. In an industry where efficiency is expected, Lib & Ta’ Shawn distinguished themselves through a rare combination of professionalism, technical expertise, integrity, patience, and genuine customer care. From beginning to end, he demonstrated an extraordinary level of knowledge and competency while maintaining a calm, respectful, and highly polished demeanor. What stood out most was their honesty and ethical approach to service. At no point did they attempt to upsell unnecessary products or services, nor did he create the type of pressure-based experience customers have unfortunately come to expect elsewhere. Instead, he operated with transparency, intelligence, and professionalism — qualities that build long-term customer trust and brand loyalty. Lib & Ta’ Shawn are clearly an asset to your organization. Employees with his level of skill, composure, customer awareness, and operational excellence are not easily replaceable. He reflects the kind of leadership, credibility, and service culture that elevates a company’s reputation and separates it from competitors within the marketplace. Quite frankly, if your organization had ten more employees operating at Dimitri’s standard of excellence, Take 5 would position itself to dominate the industry through customer retention, trust, and reputation alone. Please ensure that their outstanding performance is acknowledged internally. In my opinion, they are more than deserving of both recognition and advancement opportunities within your company. Thank you for employing individuals who still understand the value of professionalism, integrity, and world-class customer service.”

“I recently had my oil change done in the location at Clearview Pkwy and Napoleon (Metairie, LA). I noticed a leak for a few days. Went back and Robert checked it and showed me pics of the previous work. We went further and decided to check the drain plug (plastic). He replaced it and the leak was gone. It really make a difference when the technician makes an effort to do the best he/she can. Kudos!”

“I’m not a big online review guy, but this service has been so outstanding I felt compelled to write one. Josh and the guys stepped up big time when I needed service in a pinch a couple of weeks ago. Being from out of town, I caught them at 5 PM on a Friday with an emergency. They not only stayed and took the time to take care of things, but also facilitated a tow for me the next morning to a local dealership. This line of work and that level of service is hard to come by. I would highly recommend these guys for any automotive needs.”

“Hey yall Mimi here!! I just wanted to let you guys know, that Mr. Chris And his wife Mrs. Angela, we’re an absolute delight, so kind and willing to help. They treated me like family and the facility was immaculately clean. They worked with me on the price and gave me a discount for my Oil change. Mr. Chris took care of a diagnostic issue that I specifically came there for as well as the oil change. They literally exceeded my expectations, especially their staff, The guys were careful, Considerate, and professional and kind as ever. The communication Was also immaculate. This is by far one of the best Speedee Oil change I’ve been to in a long time. My grandfather used to use Speedee oil Change companies For all of his delivery cars. I know that because I used to bring them constantly for every single issue so I haven’t been to a SpeeDee oil change in a really long time and this one was by far the best one in a long time. They were absolutely amazing again, The Best Was that they treated me like family, like I belong! They had cold bottles of water complementary, Of course the bathroom was immaculately clean as well as the lobby and the diagnostic garage area . Thank you Mr.Chris & Mrs.Angela For your kindness and professionalism and diligence to give the best care to Me and my car! I will be Definitelycoming back for the rest of the work that I need done. Thank you so much. You’re very much appreciated! I will suggest your shop to everyone thank you again!”
