“What can I say about this store. The products are great and the people are even better! I have foot issues and the two ladies at the store were extremely helpful in finding a pair of boots that would work perfectly for my feet as well as accommodating my custom orthotics. They spent about 45 minutes and went through about 10 pairs of boots before they found the right pair for me. That time and effort was well worth it as I am now a true believer in this business. I will recommend all of my coworkers and my friends and family to come here for any boot needs!”

“Not that Second Serve needs another five-star review, but I feel compelled to write one anyway. This might be my favorite business of any type in or around New Orleans. Rob & Co. are extremely knowledgable and able to answer the most esoteric equipment-related questions, and rather than use that as an opportunity to upsell, they are committed to putting each customer in precisely the equipment that suits them. This has meant counseling me, numerous times, to stick with the racquets I've got rather than "upgrade" to something newer. When a business foregoes an easy sale for the benefit of the customer, you know you've found someplace special. Add to that their great selection, competitive pricing, and FREE demo program, and it feels almost stupid to bring your racquet-sports business anywhere else. This place is a 10 out of 10.”

“Shopping last week, I can tell you that I experienced the highest level of customer service provided by two sales staff, Heidi, and Marcelle. They were knowledgeable about the stock. They found the clothes in different sizes as I never know what will fit. They checked on my progress as I tried on clothes and went to get another size if necessary. You just don't get this kind of service anywhere in New Orleans at least that has been my experience. If you are interested in a superior shopping experience, go to Talbots and ask for either Heidi or Marcelle. You will be happy you did.”

“In lieu of Jazz Fest, I've been scrambling around town trying to find the perfect outfit to wear when I see my favorite country artist. I decided to go around the boutiques in Metairie, and found some really cute stuff in BluBerri! Tops, skirts, sets, shoes, and accessories-- you name it, they have something cute! It's very modern, young, and chic! They also have friendly and helpful staff (unlike their neighbors who seemed bothered by my presence)! Their prices are what you'd expect for a boutique. I found this really cute hat that perfectly fit what I was looking for. I didn't get many pics, but I know I'll be back and will include more at that time!”

I want to try on clothes before I buy, just like people who wear Misses sizes. BTW, some of the Misses sizes do fit larger women, but I preferred when I had a larger selection to choose from.”

“i’ve been here about twice, haven’t had any issues. I just brought four pairs of shoes for 40 bucks this week from here at ShoeNami. The sale is buy two get two free, and it had my size in everything. The shoes were also pretty, it wasn’t shoes that looked as if it NEEDED to be on sale. There were pretty sandals, and heels! I left happy, and I wore all 4 pairs, on my trip. Everything was okay, bit uncomfortable…but they weren’t expensive. If they keep up with these deals, they will forever see me!”

I had forgotten what true customer service was like and very much appreciated it in this store!! I will be shopping in person more often based on this.
