I visited this store this past Sunday and I hate that I cannot remember the woman who helped me but I walked out of there with over $600 worth of shoes for less than $200! The deals were great and customer service was on point! Definitely Recommend!!!!

The store manager for Steve Madden at Lakeside Shopping Center and Riverwalk was truly a great help for my heel needs for 2 days straight. She was very polite, professional, and attentive of both stores inventory assistance!!! I definitely appreciated the Black History Month Bags!

The best shoe shopping experience I have ever had. Ariel knew the store like the back of her hand. I hate shopping but Ariel helped me find exactly what I was looking for while laughing the whole time. Don't pass it up.
