“Shopping last week, I can tell you that I experienced the highest level of customer service provided by two sales staff, Heidi, and Marcelle. They were knowledgeable about the stock. They found the clothes in different sizes as I never know what will fit. They checked on my progress as I tried on clothes and went to get another size if necessary. You just don't get this kind of service anywhere in New Orleans at least that has been my experience. If you are interested in a superior shopping experience, go to Talbots and ask for either Heidi or Marcelle. You will be happy you did.”

“My old Nikes started to wear out. The tread on the bottom grew thinner and balder. The soles separated in spots. They were over ten years old and didn’t owe me more service. After looking for the best walking and hiking shoes online, I made a note of several brands to investigate. I’m not the kind of person who buys shoes without trying them on, so I stayed at Lakeside Mall one morning after walking my laps to check out the shoe stores.
Several stores didn’t have suitable outdoorsy shoes. One place had little customer service. The aptly named store, Journeys, had a good selection. The sales people were super responsive and helpful too. After trying a few pairs, I settled on some Asics GEL-1130. Not only were they stylish, but they were also comfortable. One random and unexpected result of having new shoes has been that the corns I used to have on my feet disappeared after wearing the Asics for the past two months. They also cost less than I had expected to pay at a store in the mall. Fantastic results. Would recommend.”
“So I went to Aldo with my daughter for shoes to wear to homecoming. We had just left dillards and she found a pair at dillards but wasn't dead set on them. Then we walk into Aldo find a pair of shoes almost identical to the ones from dilliards. But Re put in some shoe pads to make them softer to walk on. And omg!!! My daughter said this is life changing. What Re didnt know was that my daughters feet sweat so wearing heels comes with its own challenges but adding sweaty feet is a whole different set of challenges. Those shoe pads did more for her confidence than I can even put in words. I just cant thank her enough for everything she did to help us that day. The shoes were perfect, but those shoe pads are amazing. I personally do not have sweaty feet so I 1st hand do not know the struggle, but seeing the struggle through my daughters eyes is hard enough. So for all the ladies and men with sweaty feet these pads are a definite must. Iykyk”
“I just popped in to pick up shoes I had ordered online and the girl who helped me opened the shipping box so I could try on my new shoes. I didn’t catch her name, but she had super fun blue hair! She was incredibly friendly and excited and really made me feel welcome and taken care of. In a world where great customer service is hard to come by, I just have to say I really appreciate it!”
“My mom and I came to the mall to look for a pant suit. This was the only place in the mall that had them! Hannah greeted us at door and helped us out finding a pant suit to fit my mom. She went above and beyond to find my mom the perfect outfit. Best help we had in this whole mall.”

“Madewell is a fantastic brand, you get high end, ethical products. Yes, they do sell men’s clothing, online, and have some of the most unique styles I’ve seen. The relax taper fit Jeans are my favorite, and for women the Barrel-Leg is a must try.”
