This store is just cheesy! Everything was out of place. Clothing were everywhere not folded or on hangers. Perfume section was a nasty joke. This Target has seen better days!

I may be biased because I used to live in Minneapolis, but for literally years this Target has been so trashy. It’s a complete mess. I said what I said.
