“I called the store a woman named Alicia answered. She was very polite and professional and went above and beyond. I believe when I called inquiring to see if they had a specific item in store. Alicia took the the time to go and ensure they had the item I was inquiring about as well taking the time to go look that the selection of the items and prices. Unlike most stores or another big lots location I called before this one . I’m closer to another big lots but unfortunately they lacked the professionalism and customer care that Alicia had so due to her excellent costumer service and going above and beyond I will be driving the extra distance to give this big lots my business instead”

“Typical Homegoods. Nice items for good prices. Large variety of home decorations, furnishings, etc. People are usually very helpful and friendly. Although sometimes chaotic with the amount of stock, it tends to be a pretty well kept and clean store.”

“At this time, if you are looking for something while queuing, and someone finally sees it and brings it to you, I think it must be his job, so he understands, but the person in front of me seems to have some problem. For a few minutes, the man kept repeating that he should go and ask. In the end, he actually went and asked. Yes, it was Gregory who was very patient. Seeing that he asked very detailed questions, I think he saved some money for him to, What I want to say is that some people will answer that this is not my department and I can’t walk away and let you deal with it. “Whoa Target!!! I see you with your lil Whole Foods feel. This is my first time in this newly remodeled Target and I must say how impressed I am. I mean they have a whole grocery store with a lot of fresh produce on the second floor. I like how you just put your shopping cart on the escalator and it rides alongside of you. Super dope. I came here for the turkey meatballs and ended up buying a cart full of discounted Purdue chicken. I said, Purdue y'all lol. Do you know how expensive Purdue chicken is in other grocery stores?? Baby, when saw those prices I was like a contestant on the Supermarket Sweep game show. Check out was fast. Not the friendliest cashier but ya know, times have changed. They have both a regular register and a self service check out. I chose the cashier just incase those discounted prices didn't match the self check out machines, like at Winn Dixie lol. Clearly, not all Targets are created equal because I never saw one this tricked out. I really enjoyed coming here and will continue to do so.”

“This target is so great! Super clean, and the staff is really friendly. When I was there, a woman checking out, left a bag behind in the store clerk actually ran after her with the bag to make sure she didn't leave it! Everyone there was helpful when I needed help finding paper products and they have lots of awesome vegan options in the frozen section and vegan cheeses and milks!!”

“I'm really unhappy with the customer service. You're almost forced to use the self checkout because the 2 lines with cashiers are always long. The team member on that side told me I had to move my scanned items to a new basket. They may loose this customer because I will not put an item in one basket, scan it and then put it in another basket, put in my car and then bring into my home. I'm not on the payroll and I won't do an employee's job. I think they've forgotten about customer service.”
