“Bought a sweet 2011 Honda CR-Z from them a month or two ago, in great shape and for a reasonable price. There were a few things about the place that made me a bit wary - I couldn't take the car in for a pre-purchase inspection, their fees seemed pretty steep (but they were totally up front about them with no surprises at least), and some of the paperwork seemed heavy-handed in their zero-liability department. But, Leo seemed like a straight shooter and I got a good vibe from him, so I rolled the dice. I'm glad I did. I took the car in for an inspection right after I bought it, and it passed with flying colors, just needed a bit of routine maintenance. And I absolutely love it. “The staff at enterprise went well above and beyond making me feel like a special customer in how well they assisted me through this frustrating time of having my personal car getting repaired at the collision center. I had a few issues with a couple of their electric truck rentals (Chevy Silverado EVs) where the vehicle had high voltage failures. However, the staff worked very quickly and diligently to provide expert feedback and immediate resolution in transferring me to an equal or better vehicle. CJ, the manager at the service road location in Metairie is very smart, respectful and well versed in customer satisfaction and interaction. Tristan and Christian were also going above and beyond to take moments out of their busy life to personally connect with me and empathize with my situation to ensure I get placed in the lost suitable vehicle until I’m 100% satisfied. This is the best enterprise I’ve ever been to and will always continue to do so as long the standards of care will remain this high! I highly highly recommend all renters to go to this enterprise if they’re looking for the best overall experience with the least number of hassles. I’ve attached pictures of some of the cool vehicles this enterprise owns and has put me in over time.”

“This is a really nice Mazda dealership with helpful and attentive staff. In my experience it is one of the nicest car dealerships in the area. They have an extremely clean interior space with very nice spaces for customers to view vehicles and to just sit down and enjoy a wonderful selection of coffee. They have an excellent coffee machine here that lets you select a nice range of different caffeinated beverages. They even have a gift shop with a good selection of Mazda clothing and other Mazda gear for the true Mazda fans. I'm rarely impressed by car dealerships these days but Paretti Mazda does demonstrate they operate at a higher level than much of the other competition in the area.”

“Love the owner of this establishment. He is professional and honest. He explained in detail everything he was going to do to our car. He took photos and videos of his work. In addition to the aforementioned the car was ready on time. After picking up my car, they also called me to make sure everything was running smoothly. We are grateful to have found this gem and would definitely recommend this shop if you need white glove service at fair pricing for your Mercedes Benz.”

“I would award more stars if I could. AJ saved the day by somehow finding me the moving truck I needed in just a few minutes. My dad had flown in from Atlanta to help me move, so I couldn’t just delay. Budget truck over-books their trucks and my reserves truck was not available at another location. That’s not these local business owners’ fault. AJ was happy to help with a great attitude and honesty about the situation. Highly recommend!”

I did have a small brake problem which they fixed immediately and made it better. Overall, it's a very good dealer. I brought the infiniti m37 and it's a great car.”
