“My 2009 Ford SportTrac Adrenalin recently developed a cracked engine block and I was in desperate need of a good mechanic to remove the old engine and install a "new" one economically because I had just recently purchased a new car for my wife and I didn't want to be in the position of paying for two new cars due to hers' being totaled in an accident and my truck being out of commission as well! Plus, my truck is kind of unique and I wasn't quite ready to let it go! Dusty and his crew at Shelton's Automotive were recommended to me by another repair shop that couldn't fit me in and I don't regret contacting them at all! Dusty was up front and transparent in our initial conversation and after my engine arrived at his shop, they started on it immediately and had it repaired in less than a week. They even fixed an issue with my air conditioning and kept the overall cost at a minimum! “A limb fell thru my windshield in November. Got with my insurance, they gotta wrecker out to tow it. I went with their suggestion on shops as I've only lived here briefly and didn't really know where to go. I got it back a couple days ago and was impressed with their work. They outsourced the windshield but repaired the parts of the body that were damaged. They detailed my car and even replaced a blinker bulb that was out free of charge. Bulbs are cheap and they could have charged me but it was cool they didn't. I'd go back but hopefully I won't ever have to lol”
