“I would like to take the time to let anyone who reads this that these guys are who you want looking at your chassis, truly honest, and great work. One Collision Center said they had replaced a part that was not ( this was a nightmare won't say who it was here, but message me, and I'll let u kmow) the guys at Brown fixed that part, it went out again, they fixed it again no charge, and again they fixed it a third time. ( they found a defect in the rubber in the part 2 times) the third time we went back, it had caused the cv axle to go out too.. they replaced the CV shaft and the parts that were replaced prior. They only charged labor for the cv axle. I'm telling you I was so impressed with the pride in their work and the INTEGRITY these gentlemen have every day. Day in and day out, no questions asked, I'll bring my vehicles back here anytime they need work. 6 stars if I could.”

“My 2009 Ford SportTrac Adrenalin recently developed a cracked engine block and I was in desperate need of a good mechanic to remove the old engine and install a "new" one economically because I had just recently purchased a new car for my wife and I didn't want to be in the position of paying for two new cars due to hers' being totaled in an accident and my truck being out of commission as well! Plus, my truck is kind of unique and I wasn't quite ready to let it go! “A limb fell thru my windshield in November. Got with my insurance, they gotta wrecker out to tow it. I went with their suggestion on shops as I've only lived here briefly and didn't really know where to go. I got it back a couple days ago and was impressed with their work. They outsourced the windshield but repaired the parts of the body that were damaged. They detailed my car and even replaced a blinker bulb that was out free of charge. Bulbs are cheap and they could have charged me but it was cool they didn't. I'd go back but hopefully I won't ever have to lol”
