“A limb fell thru my windshield in November. Got with my insurance, they gotta wrecker out to tow it. I went with their suggestion on shops as I've only lived here briefly and didn't really know where to go. I got it back a couple days ago and was impressed with their work. They outsourced the windshield but repaired the parts of the body that were damaged. They detailed my car and even replaced a blinker bulb that was out free of charge. Bulbs are cheap and they could have charged me but it was cool they didn't. I'd go back but hopefully I won't ever have to lol”

“Was dealing with a dealership in Dallas where my daughter lives and they promised her a car the "next week". Made us put a $500 deposit down. Was going to be over MSRP but they said every dealership was doing that (and they were in Dallas!). Next week rolls around and no car. Got back home and went to Van Trow on a whim. They had what she wanted on the lot and was NOT over MSRP. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with and we bought it on the spot. When she went to pay TT&L in Dallas, employee could not believe the price she paid. Said could have never found that in Dallas. She is a happy camper!”
