“Went in at about 10AM, no appointment. Was greeted as soon as I walked in by a teller. She asked if I needed help and I told her I needed to open a business account. She had a lady in the office come greet me and she took me to the Branch Manager's Office. I sat down and we started the process. It took almost 45 minutes but that was due to all the paper work entailed. I had all the documents needed with me so there were no delays. The Manager and her assistant were courteous and took care of everything. They even printed me some temporary checks, ordered a debit card, wrote down their contact information and sent me on my way.”
