“Stay away from here! I don't have a loan through them ,never have, but a family member does and they used me as a reference. The manager came to my house looking for them and blocked me in my driveway and wouldn't let me out. she called the cops on me for yelling at her to leave my driveway when the loan had absolutely nothing to do with me!Now she is harassing me by sending empty envelopes in the mail addressed to me. so no I do not recommend this place!”

“Long story short I had issues with my Chase account and I had talked to multiple reps at different locations, as well as multiple people over the phone and have been getting the run around for weeks now. Today I came in and was greeted by a man named CJ, who had just stepped back into the building from what appeared to be his lunch break. CJ sat down with me for an hour, no questions asked and helped me revolve these issues that have been ongoing. CJ is absolutely the type of individual you want managing your branch. I do not know his position at this branch but would fully support him as a manager here. Keep hustling and thriving CJ, thank you so much!”
