“Very quaint store. It has a lot of odds and ends you can't find at large outlet stores, as well as all the usual tools and supplies people normally need. The staff is great and knowledgeable, always there with a smile to help. I love this store and the people. Feels like the stores I grew up shopping in where it felt homely. They offer a wide range of services as well as copying keys.”

“This review is more for Truck drivers that bring in drop and hook trailers. Home Hardware employees are awesome especially Eric, great customer service.
Truckers beware that there is a lot of movement with dropping and hooking trailers to put the loaded trailer in and pick up the empty trailer. I counted 6 movements that had to be done. In my opinion the money was not worth the load especially with all movements that had to be done. Along with customers getting in your way like you are not trying to do your job. Time is money.”

“The customer service at this store is a 10+. You are always greeted when you walk in, and they always offer assistance. I am a beginner DIYer and the employees there always help me with the items I inquire of, and suggests what will be the best items needed for my project. The store is neat, well stocked and offers a variety of products from home repairs, lawn and gardening, seeds, fertilizers, insect and pest control, and so much more. Each time I shop here, I feel like a valued customer and you don't have to hunt an employee down to assist you.”
