“Oh how I love Penske! We we're moving out of state and Penske actually wasn't the company we originally booked with. Penske offers something that companies like uhaul and budget don't offer. Penske actually reserves a truck for you. When you book with those other companies and you think your truck is reserved it's actually not, they are only reserving the price you booked and come moving day if they don't have a truck you thought you reserved well your s.o.l. luckily for us my gut told me to call and make sure this truck was reserved and that's when I learned that I only had the price reserved. That's definitely not something someone wants to have to deal with when planning a huge move. So after some research I found out Penske not only reserves the price but the truck as well. All in all my experience with Penske was A+!!! The staff at the pick-up location was super amazing!”

“We just played furniture monopoly between THREE houses (2 in Monroe, 1 in Ruston) & they made the whole experience seamless. These pieces were HEAVY- some heirloom and some marble. They properly set up all the furniture when they didn't have to and were so patient with us as we decided where to put some of the pieces. They moved our baby grand piano without a scratch. They were more than fair with pricing. They got it done in one full day + 2 hours the next day. Cannot recommend them enough!!!”
