“Great experience at Tower Self Storage. The customer service was excellent from the beginning. Anna helped me a lot she was very friendly, fast, and professional. She even called me right away when a unit became available, which I really appreciated. They also gave me a free lock, which was a nice bonus. The whole process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this place if you need storage in Monroe.”

Very friendly and helpful..found out google has drooped the ball on changing the phone number online despite repeated attempts. He was very helpful!! Good customer service!! “Safe and Secure storage... Owned by Sweet Little Ms. Rebecca And Her Husband... If She's there when I come to my storage no doubt she is coming with a smile, water, and turning on the lights... Because, You Can't See In The Dark, as she say... She Always Thanks you for your business...That means alot... Other than that... There are certain times of the day, the traffic is thick... so,it can be hectic trying to get out.”

“Oh how I love Penske! We we're moving out of state and Penske actually wasn't the company we originally booked with. Penske offers something that companies like uhaul and budget don't offer. Penske actually reserves a truck for you. When you book with those other companies and you think your truck is reserved it's actually not, they are only reserving the price you booked and come moving day if they don't have a truck you thought you reserved well your s.o.l. luckily for us my gut told me to call and make sure this truck was reserved and that's when I learned that I only had the price reserved. That's definitely not something someone wants to have to deal with when planning a huge move. So after some research I found out Penske not only reserves the price but the truck as well. All in all my experience with Penske was A+!!! The staff at the pick-up location was super amazing!”
