NICK WILLIAMS was my technician today. 03/25/2024 He was on time, very polite, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and able to correct the problem in record time. He even stayed until I was able to check every device. EXCELLENT JOB! This tech deserves a raise!

Called in December to get service. It is now January 31 and someone randomly showed up without letting us know. Of course we were not there so they could not install. The only reason I knew someone showed up is because a neighbor told me. I have yet to hear anything from sparklight .
