On Friday September 25, 2015 my husband's highway truck's cargo had shifted while driving on I-10.. I found CLM phone number on Google. It was aproximately 4.15 pm. Not only those people do not brushed us off but they waited until my husband showed at their yard despite it was already Friday time to go home and have dinner with their families. Drew and the staff of this business helped my husband to reposition the load and he was on his way. HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE KIND PEOPLE! All blessings to come your way. The staff of this location is an example that people can be kind and helpful when they could easily have said. " Sorry ma'am we are closing" They did not have to help us BUT THEY DID!!! “My folks had to buy a new pickup while on vacation. They needed a new tonneau cover installed. These girls that answer the phone listened to me, my mom is 79 with a bad shoulder and short and lives in Oregon. Told me what my mom would need. Made an appt for me. Then my mom went over a day early to check out what she was buying. They actually installed it for her right then. It was so much easier for my mom to use them her other one. They treated her so nice.Thank you for everything. Customer service is just as important as the fantastic product.”

“I went into the store and spoke to an associate about a problem. The associate gave me the Assistant Manager name (Michelle) and told me when I could stop by and see her. I went in, showed her the problem and it was resolved the same day. I received a brand new part. Ms. Michelle called and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
