On Friday September 25, 2015 my husband's highway truck's cargo had shifted while driving on I-10.. I found CLM phone number on Google. It was aproximately 4.15 pm. Not only those people do not brushed us off but they waited until my husband showed at their yard despite it was already Friday time to go home and have dinner with their families. Drew and the staff of this business helped my husband to reposition the load and he was on his way. HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE KIND PEOPLE! All blessings to come your way. The staff of this location is an example that people can be kind and helpful when they could easily have said. " Sorry ma'am we are closing" They did not have to help us BUT THEY DID!!! These girls that answer the phone listened to me, my mom is 79 with a bad shoulder and short and lives in Oregon. Told me what my mom would need. Made an appt for me. Then my mom went over a day early to check out what she was buying. They actually installed it for her right then. It was so much easier for my mom to use them her other one. “On a roadtrip and had to stop by Lake Charles. I had a mishaps with my 4 Runner battery and bolts and Mike (Autozone employee) was super helpful and checked my alternator, battery, and starter and went ahead and also did a CPU Diagnostic. Thankfully everything was fine and just needed some bolts tightened and coils cleaned. With all this being done it was completely free and was a blessing of his energy and helpful spirit. I also learned a few things from him. I’d like to give a big Texas Thank you to Mike and thank you to Autozone for hiring Mike.

“I’ve been getting my audio done here for years and most recently on my F150 and had subs and an amp installed. I had an issue with my subs shorting out. The owner came right out and resolved my issue. I was done within 20 minutes of my arrival.”

“We've purchased seven cars from Lake Charles Toyota. Needless to say we are very happy with the cars, the sales staff, finance, and service. Today I had a minor problem after having an oil change this week. Some push pins popped out of the cover under my car where oil filters are changed. I called and spoke with Sandi in the service department. I was concerned and told her I didn't feel comfortable driving the 60 miles with this cover hanging down. She suggested I take it in to a local Toyota service center and to notify her if there would be any charges. She would do her best to take care of it. In the end, my part was fixed and I did not get charged, but Sandi had all the paperwork done and waiting for my call. That's excellent customer service. Thank you Sandi and Lake Charles Toyota.”

“The place for everything vehicle based. I go to the location on Prien Lake road directly in front of 1st avenue and Prien Lake junction (T) in the road . Knowledgeable staff and very selective choices when you have the items you need pulled up on the computer system to choose from. Get lots of monthly discounts for purchasing whatever when you become a member of the rewards program available to everyone interested. My neighbor has his own mechanic business, and he deals with this location exclusively for all the parts he ever needs, and they will deliver parts too, (and quickly). Like the atmosphere and I'll be a customer for as long as they keep that location in business”
