“On a roadtrip and had to stop by Lake Charles. I had a mishaps with my 4 Runner battery and bolts and Mike (Autozone employee) was super helpful and checked my alternator, battery, and starter and went ahead and also did a CPU Diagnostic. Thankfully everything was fine and just needed some bolts tightened and coils cleaned. With all this being done it was completely free and was a blessing of his energy and helpful spirit. I also learned a few things from him. I’d like to give a big Texas Thank you to Mike and thank you to Autozone for hiring Mike.

“I brought my car to Pat’s after someone ran into me. The front bumper and a light needed to be changed. Pat had my car completely repaired in 2 days. The parts were around $900. Pat only charged me $400 for labor. My car looks new again! What a bargain and awesome service. Also, he is the nicest man ever!!!”

“We've purchased seven cars from Lake Charles Toyota. Needless to say we are very happy with the cars, the sales staff, finance, and service. Today I had a minor problem after having an oil change this week. Some push pins popped out of the cover under my car where oil filters are changed. I called and spoke with Sandi in the service department. I was concerned and told her I didn't feel comfortable driving the 60 miles with this cover hanging down. She suggested I take it in to a local Toyota service center and to notify her if there would be any charges. She would do her best to take care of it. In the end, my part was fixed and I did not get charged, but Sandi had all the paperwork done and waiting for my call. That's excellent customer service. Thank you Sandi and Lake Charles Toyota.”

“I went into the store and spoke to an associate about a problem. The associate gave me the Assistant Manager name (Michelle) and told me when I could stop by and see her. I went in, showed her the problem and it was resolved the same day. I received a brand new part. Ms. Michelle called and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Being in customer service for 18 years, I must say Michelle provided top notch customer service. I was blown away! I will not shop with anyone else. I hope the District staff sees this review. She is truly a gem and a keeper! Thank you Ms. Michelle. ❤️”

“This is an electric motor shop, Google has a slightly misleading automotive category for this place at the time of this review. Although they can do alternators, electric motors are also found outside of just cars. A small business, nothing fancy here, but if you want to experience a business "old school", the opportunity is here, and places like this are few and far between. Nowadays, all you can find are shops that will just sell you a replacement part/component. This place can repair them....for anyone who has an older, better built motor in need of just a little help, this is your place. You can keep your older, better built motor running and you don't have to replace it with a newer one, which isn't built as well, nor designed to fail sooner and not cost effective to repair. And they can also sell you a new one if you need too...”
