“Nice and convenient location, always clean and have a good variety of items. Includes a $3-5 home and frozen section. Not quite as much selection/variety as some other dollar trees but it is still new so hopefully they will add more.”
“Found what I needed. Store was organized. There was a small bit of mess, but it looked as if they were in transition of one season to the next.Cashier wasn't really friendly but wasn't rude at all. There was no smile and no effort of doing more than her job of ringing us up and getting us out the door. Lol”
“My daughter, her daughters, and I stopped at Dollar General on our way home because we forgot to get pink lemonade when we went grocery shopping. Dollar General is so easy to navigate. I described the other store as always doubling what our budget was, I somehow thought that wouldn't happen here. How WRONG I was!! My daughter ran in without me because getting the kids out was a big pain pain in the arse. And my daughter managed to spend $30 on what was supposed to be $6 for pink lemonade. This makes me wonder just what my daughter bought... makes you go HMMMMM.... LoL!! SMHL!!!”

“It is really good except for sometimes they are out of stock and the lines get a little long but nowhere near Walmart slimes and then you'll be out of there in 15 minutes”

“I recently moved to the area from living in Jeff Davis parish for over 20 years and I have visited two dollar stores in Westlake one other in moss bluff and one on 171 going towards Gillis and this is the only one I choose to go to.Employees are very nice and not breathing down your neck watching every single move u make but are there to help if u need them without hesitation.The isles never ever have cases of boxes of product to be stocked stacked dangerously between isles like all the others do.Always well stocked and not ever picked over and tossed around looking.U don't have to stand and look all over to find a cashier and wait and wait to be checked out. Some of these I've been to a person would be able to just walk out with a buggy full of product and they would've never even seen u in the store or noticed that's how bad it is because they don't pay attention to their registers. Not all stores have self checkouts like they do and if they do it only takes cards most the time or is out of order. This crew needs to continue to do great work”
“I went here to do some shopping I've been putting off and I gotta tell you... 11/17/23 at 5:20pm the staff there tonight were TOP. NOTCH... I mean wow. I couldn't find some dog chews that were on sale and two beautiful ladies helped me find them. Then the cashier? GOSH she was so sweet! Y'all really got it together and the 3 ladies working tonight really deserve a raise because they were just unbelievably amazing and patient and kind as all get out. Those 3 made my shopping experience awesome. And the guy who's always there is always so kind. Seriously amazing staff recently. I hope they get this recognition cause they deserve it <3 Keep killin' it y'all”

“When I went into the store on Ryan Street I asked about cleaning supplies. Both employees helped me with what I needed. The store was so clean. Employees so nice. THEN…..I left my phone in the basket. I was frantic. To be honest with you I had no idea where my phone was. The store found it and put it up for me. All of my cards were intact. “I love the shop here because it's close to my home. And it's convenient and I know where everything is in the store. However, I wish that they could get everything as far as the shelves being stocked under control, because it is a cluster in there. And you have to go up-and-down the aisle in a way that is inconvenient because of all the racks in the way full of merchandise that has not been stocked yet.”

“Dollar General in Moss Bluff is a big dollar store. It has the greatest selection on any product u should need. The customer service is top notch. Just a down south feel everyone is very friendly, and they were very helpful when I needed their assistance. I recommend that if u have to even drive 10 maybe even 15 miles out the way. It would still be worth it to shop at this store ppl. I'm telling u it is just amazing”
