“I was coming home from Texas on 12/3/21 close to dark with my fifth wheel camper, on I-49 south of Natchitoches my Duramax had an idler pulley go out and burned my fan belt off, I was hours from home and no one to come to me, I called Oreillys, Autozone and a couple wrecker services and no one would bring me the parts I needed, I begged and said I would pay extra to bring to me I could fix it myself I just needed the parts. I was 7ft off the interstate and 18 wheelers were blowing by 80mph and they would not move over a lane I was in a bind. I called NAPA they were my last hope, JJ answered the phone, had the part I ask to deliver to me and he brought it to me in his personal vehicle when he got off work. This was a life saver and this reflects on the good quality of this NAPA store and the management it has, NAPA in Natchitoches really set themselves apart from the competition I hope management there reads this they should be proud of their store and employees.”

They had a tow-truck on site and we were on the road again all within 30 minutes. Very fair price and great customer service. “Had a great experience down at jimmy granger /Natchitoches. Carman in service was very polite and handled business extremely well while maintaining a friendly repor with the customer. The specialist that worked on the engine is extremely sharp and explains the issues for each item noticed to repair. This place handled every aspect of service and repair with the upmost respect to all the qualities found in successful service sectors. However, I will never own another FORD F-150 …. Nope. I won’t get in to a lot of details but research oil pressure issues with “””””””ECO BOOST “”””” engines. I was told there were no rebate options on my JUST TURNED 180,000 miles / ONLY 6 year old truck 2017 F-150, problem was it started approx 80,000 miles ago but I’ve just now been able to pay the $4,800.00 repair . This is all because the ECOBOOST engines are having oil pump / oil pressure issues . It you own ECOBOOST ENGINE and always listen for any rattling of lifters , THERES YOUR SIGHN YOUR …………..”
