Room air conditioner not working. Room door LOCKED US INSIDE THE ROOM….had to call front desk personnel to unlock door from outside. Immediately got a room change

Richie was more than accommodating to our complicated time frame, and is much appreciated! Cassie was very helpful and quick to work with us and we had a very pleasant stay.

The Room was Really Nice, Clean and spacious for 2. The bed though.... FABULOUS!!!!! Nice Linens and Perfect Pillows!!! Breakfast was UNBELIEVABLE!!! Parking is still TOUGH unless you're lucky. The Staff were Helpful and Informative! Our Second Visit won't be our last!!!!
