“We ended up at the comfort suites after originally going to the Super 8 in town. The Super 8 was a complete nightmare-dank rooms, reaked of mildew, dirty. The Comfort Suites was a glorious relief. It was clean and the room was very large and spacious. It was at a convenient location, right off the highway. The free breakfast in the morning was good. However, they were out of omelettes when we arrived. We asked the attendant if she would get more and she said she would. She then proceeded to talk endlessly on her cell phone and never got any additional omelettes. Finally, we just left. Other than this little issue, we had a wonderful stay.”

“Had a pretty good experience at this Best Western. The location is super convenient right off the interstate and check in was a breeze. I was even the “Guest of the Day” with my name on a sign up front.

The room had a bit of a musty smell, but was better once the air got going. The suite was really spacious and super clean. Bathroom was nice and the king bed was really comfortable.

The breakfast was above average with hot eggs, bacon, and sausage. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is walking distance to multiple restaurants and convenience stores.

Overall, I was happy I booked a stay here and would happily do so again if I’m passing through.”

“We stayed here for a night. Location was great for us. We were able to walk to a restaurant for supper and have a few drinks. The bar in hotel was open when we returned. Looked like a good atmosphere but we didn't hang around, went right up to bed. The beds had clean sheets. Room smelled clean. The shower bath area could be cleaned better. There was old soap dried to bottom of soap dispenser and some dried on side of tub. Room was nice and cold. Bed and pillows were comfy. Would definitely stay again for that price point.”

It's clean, the price is right for the location of being minutes away from the Christmas lights of Natchitoches. We had parking in front of our room, ac and tv worked great. The shower was hot and comforting after a long day walking. Check in was at 1:00 pm and took seconds for us to settle in. It is an old fashioned motel. We were there for the lights of Christmas and the food experience. A definite must stay.”

“I booked this room the day before I needed it. It is a one night stay for business. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. The room remodel is a great idea. Replaced those nasty carpets with hardwood flooring. The room is clean and no complaints. The only issues I have are the telephone does not work and the remote for the TV didn't work and missing one battery. The bathroom is clean with towels and supplies available. The AC is working great and froze myself. I do recommend this place for others and myself. My fur babies were welcomed and no complaints. The bed is comfortable to have a good night's rest.”
