“An older motel but staff and facility was very good. Will stay there again. Stayed at the Marriott brand nearby. The Best Western was better.Food & drinks: All kinds of fast food restaurants are nearby. Very convenient.”

“Nice stay, but room could use some maintenance. Toilet rocked and made noise, wall hooks and towel bars loose in the bathroom. Supposed to be a smoke free hotel but twice we smelled Marijuana being smoked in other rooms... strong smell in hallway. Also people getting high in their cars in the parking lot. Third time we've stayed at this hotel and first bad experience. Still a good hotel, maybe just sketchy people staying there now?”

“My husband and I stay here frequently. In the past the hotel had a very bad reputation not because of anything on the hotel but from the clientele that stayed there and few of the employees. However, it's under new ownership and the remodeling and restructuring they are doing to the hotel is absolutely amazing. The owners are truly superb people that make you feel welcome and very comfortable. The management and staff are friendly and go out of their way to see to customers needs and satisfaction. The remodeling of the rooms is truly great. They have to pool back. They are a pet friendly hotel and don't charge an extra fee for your fur babies. They offer free Wifi, satellite TV in a spacious room (king size bed). You have a table to sit and enjoy a meal or do business on. The room comes with a microwave and mini fridge. Plus, they are trying to bring back the restaurant of old. So if you're ever in Natchitoches for business or pleasure. Stay at the Motel 6. A wonderful place to stay with really reasonable rates and discounts for people who have AARP. I truly can't say enough about Motel 6 in Natchitoches so just come by and see for yourself.Rooms: The rooms are nice and spacious with plenty of places to put your belongings.Nearby activities: You have the Cane River and walking in downtown Natchitoches on the Bricks. The Steele Magnolia house. North Western University and the city park.Food & drinks: Downtown has a lot of great restaurants. My favorite is the Pub. Then of course you have all the usual fast food eateries nearby and most deliver to your room. Another restaurant I love is Sam's Seafood.”

“Relax Inn 1316 Washington St Natchitoches, LA 71457 PHONE: 318-357-0423, 318-352-9561 or 800-960-2267 This motel is worth EVERY penny. It's clean, the price is right for the location of being minutes away from the Christmas lights of Natchitoches. We had parking in front of our room, ac and tv worked great. The shower was hot and comforting after a long day walking. Check in was at 1:00 pm and took seconds for us to settle in. It is an old fashioned motel. We were there for the lights of Christmas and the food experience. A definite must stay.”

“Reasonable prices, great location, 9 out of 10 front desk personnel was helpful, the one was non-responsively rude but she did not ruin my trip. Easy walk to the river and shops. Coffee on the patio every morning. If you have difficulty walking park early at hotel or you will need to walk 1.5 blocks back to the hotel. I will stay at this hotel againWalkability: Two blocks from the river, two blocks from the shops. Easy driving access to University drive.”

“On a road trip to New Orleans, we wanted to visit Natchitoches. Great hotel to use as base. 10 minutes form historic district. Friendly, accommodating staff (Devon & Lisa). Clean spacious room. Large, plush bath towels. Good solid breakfast, excellent coffee. Plan to return in December to attend Natchitoches Christmas ”
