Tiana (not sure spelling) was absolutely amazing. We were travelling through and my phone stopped working. We were lucky to find a Cricket nearby and even more lucky that we were able to have such amazing customer service. Kara was amazing so helpful and knowledgeable and kind I needed a new phone and she's was able to transfer all my apps over to my new phone !!
