“I went in to swap out my old iPhone for my upgrade. I had forgotten my screen saver password which created many complications. The phone was also having random charging issues. But despite all the chaos the customer service was so helpful and accommodating. The main gal there Itzel was especially patient and kept persisting until we found a resolve and solution. Great customer service and great experience”
