Had the phones I wanted (iPhone 13 and 13 Pro) in stock, which was a pleasant surprise in these days of supply chain shortages. Did not try to push me onto a new, more expensive plan, but were fine with me remaining on my old "grandfathered" cheaper plan. All in all, a stress-free, enjoyable buying experience.
