Bridgette in service was amazing! Her constant updates and progress on my repair was outstanding! Thank you Bridgette for all of your help! Definitely do not recommend buying a vehicle from Gilman in Fort Bend , Tx! Thanks goodness Bridgette was honest or I would have been ripped off twice! Definitely recommend Hebert CDJR Service!

We had the oil changed in our Jeep that we bought from Hebert's,(then it was Legacy Dodge), in March 2023. Bridget Cagle took care of everything for us and we were very pleased with their team's work. We have brought our vehicles to their service department many times over the years and have been very satisfied.

Well today was the first and last time I will use the service department at the new dealership. Went in for a oil change and tire rotation, after the 2 hour wait my truck was ready and I was informed that they now charge $24.99 for a tire rotation! I was told the new manager called Despino's Tire to check their prices and that they were much higher then what the dealership was charging so they had to to up on the price. Well I called Despino's on speaker phone in front of them to ask the price of a tire rotation when having an oil change done and it's FREE! $0.00 DOLLARS!!!So yeah, not only did I think it $24.99 was high for a tire rotation now I also got the felling that I was lied to.Other than that... The dealership looks great!

The staff were very friendly and professional. Ken got us the vehicle we wanted, and went out of his way to get us what we needed to make the deal happen. Will definitely come back for our next vehicle!!

If I could give this dealership a zero, I would. This is a long review, but you will be glad you read it if you are shopping at Legacy/Hebert. My husband called and scheduled for us to come in and test drive a 2022 Ram advertised with 8900 miles. When we went to drive the truck, it had 11,500 miles, a crack about 18 inches down the windshield, and was filthy with dog hairs. In spite of all that, we liked the vehicle. Legacy agreed to change the windshield, detail it, and take $400 off for the extra miles. We agreed. When we received the buyers order, they had added over $700 in ridiculous fees, inspection sticker which it already had but would expire in November, notary fee, doc fee ($400 added back from what they gave us off for the miles), and many more. Even though they would not budge a dollar, we decided to buy it. This was on a Friday morning, so we asked them could we come on Monday to do everything. My son actually was buying, and he lives out of town. They said no had to do it that day. We asked could we put a deposit, and again they said no. Thanks to Engage Credit Union we got all the paperwork completed electronically, and Legacy told us the vehicle was READY. Again I’m going to repeat, they said the truck was READY. When we went to pick it up that evening at 5, it still had the broken windshield. Legacy/Hebert couldn’t wait for us until Monday, but we had to wait until Monday for the windshield because the windshield cost more in Natchitoches than Shreveport. This shows how they support our local businesses. They were DISHONEST, MANIPULATING, and RUDE. They didn’t care about inconveniencing their customer. They would not even give a set of floor mats for our inconvenience. THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!!

Legacy Chrysler has helped me since I moved back to Natchitoches with my engine issues. They’re always quick to look at your vehicle with a smile on their face.Kevin the service manager as well as the entire team are extremely personable, knowledgeable and ensure safety. I personally will only shop here. I can’t thank this team enough for what they’ve done for me and my Jeep!

Had a great experience in the maintenance dept. I would recommend, them to all my friends and family. Bridgett is always so nice to us as are the mechanics. So far we are enjoying our 2022 jeep Cherokee Latitude.

I usually dread the car-buying experience, but I was extremely satisfied with the entire transaction at Legacy. Ken, Rick, and Adam were honest with the pricing, with no hidden fees, which I was expecting, and even picked me up and the Airport to sign the paperwork. The car was perfect, and a smooth transaction from start to finish. Financing was a breeze. If you want an honest car buying experience, used or new, this is it.
