“I am grateful I went to Valvoline I thought my car was using oil but instead the oil pan plug had been stripped from last oil change at Walmart. They changed my oil took pictures an put a temporary plug to get me to Walmart where they took responsibility for the damage”

Here's what happened: We were on a road trip when we got a flat tire. The only place open was Walmart Auto. I called, and Skylar answered. She was incredibly helpful and patient, completely understanding our situation and doing her best to assist us. With her help, we were able to find the location and get the tire changed, allowing us to get back on the road.
