“These guys were very fast and kind. The prices were fair. He explained that I needed 3 tires but he only had 2 in stock but would have another the following day. I mentioned I was leaving immediately to make a turn around trip across a couple states and he sent me elsewhere to get the third tire. He was more concerned about my safety than he was with making that sell the next day. I'll be using him for all my tire services going forward. Highly recommend.”
“Yall this man Me.Coleman the elder went above and beyond for me on this Hot Louisiana Summer Day! He diagnosed and cleared my truck codes and did some other helpful things to the truck I am borrowing at the time and didn’t charge me a dime! Also after speaking to him about a car on his property and me knowing after a certain period they own a vehicle he said they don’t do that to folks that’s bad for business and that people showed me that there are still GREAT FOLKS still left out here in this evil & selfish world we live in today! “Since I've lived in Natchitoches I've only ever used Despino's for tires or brakes or alignment etc. Just today I hoped to get 2 new tires and ended up needing 4 and an oil change. Not only did they truck the tires in from off site same day but they did the whole thing in the mid day rush in only a little over an hour once they got my car on the lift and I came in almost 80 dollars under what I expected it to cost. As a disabled guy who can't do his own maintenance, these guys are truly a godsend. I cannot say enough good about these folks.”
“We were traveling from Pensacola Florida to Denton Texas yesterday. We planned a stay over in Natchitoches. We discovered we had a flat tire. We stopped at Ham’s first. He doesn’t do tires but he took his time to help get us enough air in the tire to get to a tire shop. He helped us without charge. Shout out to a wonderful man who makes me proud to live in this country. He is the unsung hero that just treats people right because he is a good person. “I took my 2009 Chrysler Sebring 3.5L to this shop. I had a leaking water pump. I gave them a call. Super nice they took my car in. In a couple of days I had my car back. Other shops would not take my car because its more difficult to work on. It is a father and son shop and both were super nice and explained what they needed to do and even if I had any questions they were answered. Great price for the work too. I will from now on go to this shop if I ever have any issues. They do great work and beyond knowledgeable making me feel very comfortable and trust them with my car.”
