“Printing department here has different rules from other locations. Managers could only give excuses that appointments for anything must be made and no walk-ins. I was there for a spiral binded 25 page document and I had the document already printed. 5-min job and was told it would be the following day.

5-31-2024 - Since my review, the district manager, Paige, has followed up to discuss the issues I faced upon my visit. We had a thorough discussion about the concerns, and she took ownership of meeting with the store managers and working to resolve and prevent similar occurrences in the future. I am satisfied with this outcome and have removed the managers' names from the review and changed the performance rating. The customer care and structure of the company management to address these concerns are impressive and should be highlighted.”
