“I had an emergency situation. I arrived at Fed Ex at about 6:15 pm and 45 minutes before closing time. I needed to copy 3 sets of 100s of documents. Some color, some not. Staples an issue. Time was of essence. Tony practically jumped over the counter to help me. He saved my behind! Thousands of dollars were at risk. He said : Don't worry, we will get it done! That is what I call service and friendliness. You want find that often! Fed Ex closing at 7 is an issue though. Calling to speak with someone is an issue. I encourage Fed Ex management to do better. I spent endless time trying to speak with someone through Fed Ex automated system where personal people are at hand. It is too bad I couldn't of gotten in touch with the people that work there. Excellent service by the people on the ground. Kudos! Jeff Drewett”
“The UPS store closes at 6:30 and not realizing that, i barely made it b4 the doors were locked. I was ecstatic I made it, only to be told it was a FedEx package and needed to go to FedEx to drop it off. The worker is the one who noticed, and even directed me to the nearest place I could drop it off for FedEx. Very nice and helpful.”
