“Maria, is always so polite and helpful. Even if there is a product that she’s not familiar with she will always do her best to find out information and availability on the product. Which makes shopping with Action a pleasant experience..”
“Staff is wonderful! There is three staff in particular that I’d like to mention, I think her name is Amanda (could be wrong) she is a young black women in her 30’s I would say and a young white cashier in his late twenties with a short hair cut and another older back women with a short bob in her 50’s. They are so helpful and willing to show you what you’re looking for, the older lady even went as far as offering to order an item to the store if they didn’t have it in-store. And the younger lady helped me decide what product would best serve my needs. The young man helped me get a pair of earbuds. Even though I come every now and then for a gift or pack of pens, they are always helpful. I can’t speak for all the staff members but definitely for these three workers .”

“I honestly have no issues at this location. I’ve been frequenting this location for a couple of years and I really appreciate seeing the same faces. The employees are always friendly, quick and helpful whenever I come in.
My only concern is that the posted hours don’t seem to match when the store is actually open, especially on Sundays. Today I brought several Amazon returns because the website listed the store as open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, but it was closed, so it ended up being a wasted trip.
I’ve noticed the same thing before, so I’m wondering if the posted hours need to be updated. It would save customers from making unnecessary trips.”

“Sir Speedy did a great job helping me to find the direction we were interested in for our daughter’s wedding invitations. The invitations are beautiful and the quality of paper and envelopes were amazing.”
