My expectations were actually better than expected. The servic tech was very polite, came over introduced himself, as well as shook my hand before and after services were done. I was very impressed. Also, I'd like to add, the other associates were very polite and accommodating as I was waiting in store for completion. I also thought the environment was very inviting as well as the view from the location. Everything was clean and comfortable to be in for the wait. Please acknowledge these employees on their outstanding customer service.

the problem lies with AT&T itself. the customer service is so fragmented that if you do something online people in the store don't have access, citing that the online application uses different software platforms that they might not have access to in store. All of this leads to a lot of back and forth between online customer service and in store customer service, neither definitively solving your problem, poor communication, it's as if the company is too large to be efficient. Just pray you don't have a problem and if you do it's going to be frustrating and it's going to take many hours if not days to resolve

The staff are delightful, professional, and go beyond what I expected. I like when you're asked if there's something else they could help me with before I go. They are always plentifully staffed. The location is nice as well. The customer service is excellent.

Great service. I was politely greeted at the door, and the Tech person was one of the greeters. Man, he knows his stuff! He was pleasant and talked to me in laymen's terms. He helped me with my problem & I was out of there lol. EVERYBODY at this place was friendly and attentive.

I was helped immediately upon entering the store. Rudy was courteous, helpful, & knowledgeable. Not only did he get me set up with a new iPhone quickly and efficiently, he got me set-up with a new plan, as mine was pretty outdated. Replacing a lost/stolen phone is usually a hassle, but Rudy at the St Charles store made quick work of it and I left with a smile on my face. Great job!
