KT helped me and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. I tried to sign up for internet online and was given the run around by the phone agents. I popped into the store, she not only fixed everything for me, but got me a better internet solution for a better price. She was so kind and so so helpful.

I was getting lots of spam. The agent who helped me put some sort of setting on my phone. So far. It seems better. I am so happy.
