Rooms vary significantly in quality. Some interior rooms with jacuzzi baths and no windows felt grungy, stuffy, and had maintenance issues such as non-functioning jacuzzi tubs, leaking fridges, and broken TVs. These rooms were not recommended. On the other hand, the corner suite with windows was more inviting, comfortable, and clean, though noise from outside, especially on Canal Street, could be loud, especially during events like Mardi Gras. Noise from street parades, garbage trucks, and thin windows sometimes disturbed sleep. Key card issues were common, and occasionally, room access was mistakenly granted to the wrong room, which was inconvenient and concerning. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated, although the selection was limited and replenished slowly. The hotel also offers a 24-hour hot beverage station. Guests noted some service inconsistencies, including delays in maintenance, issues with refunds, and occasional noise problems like pipes rumbling. Definitely a great choice !! Close to casino and lots of choices for food and shopping. It's a bit of a walk to bourbon street , but the location is well worth it! The breakfast was more choices than most, and very tastey! Would definitely stay again!!

Good hotel, only down side was employee continuously knocking on the door with a do not disturb sign out.

Staff was not friendly, staff made excessive noise throughout the day and night. Hours for breakfast were different from what is posted online. AC blower was very loud.
