“I experienced a catastrophic failure of my bicycle’s rear derailleur hanger along with a broken chain. I thought the derailleur was toast, but Taylor said it was most likely okay. I expected that it would be a week or more before I saw my bicycle again, but fortunately they found a replacement derailleur hanger on-site. The same day, less than 6 hours later, along with a couple of other maintenance items where they replaced parts, I received a text saying my bicycle was ready! And, my bicycle never operated as smoothly as it does now. The odd thing I told them, is that last week I was thinking I needed to bring my bicycle to their shop for a tune up… next time, I’ll pay attention to my intuition! Alex’s Bikes is now my goto bike shop!”

“Nice small shop for bike rentals. We’ve rented from other shops here while visiting in the past.The bikes here are better quality with gearshift, big tires, & better seats. The rental price is higher but worth the cost to save your back and butt.Some of the other places may cost less but the bikes are all beat to hell and not fun to ride.
