The worker didn't explain to me I wasn't paying my bill she was soo worried about me upgrading once I upgraded I thought my monthly bill payment was included but wasn't! Now my phone will be off with a new upgraded phone

On 01/20/2024, Within two hours of leaving this Boost store (3206 S. Carrollton Ave) my card was charge $50.13 from Delta Munchies and $8. plus from Papa Johns Pizza, not my favor pizza. There was an elderly lady that came into the Boost store. She looked confused. The manager told her something the Owner had told him. She left looking even more sad and confused. I believe that lady and myself was scammed by either the Worker, Christian or the Owner, Stephanie. I am beyond disappointed in the Boost store located at 3206 S. Carrollton Ave., New Orleans, LACheck your machine for skimmers.

My mom went to this location yesterday to switch her phone she really wanted to tell you all about her experience she said her experience was good due to the guy Bryan he switched her phone fast and when she couldn’t get her contacts and pictures back she said he did something on the phone and everything came back almost instantly thank you again Mr.Bryan

Don't use these people paid insurance with these people for over a year at 9$ a month but when phone broke couldn't get another plus somehow the only plan available to me was a 60$ a month not 25$ they're a bunch of crooks

Good deals if you want to switch over.Pro tip: Bring your current provider's account number AND four-digit PIN with you BEFORE you arrive to Boost. You may have to phone your service provider.Do NOT get a phone cover ($25!) since the phone accessories are all overpriced. Broadband Internet is an option for those who qualify.
