Refused to help and got kicked out by Ana without proper reasoning why my service has issue. Won't go here ever again.

The worker didn't explain to me I wasn't paying my bill she was soo worried about me upgrading once I upgraded I thought my monthly bill payment was included but wasn't! Now my phone will be off with a new upgraded phone
