These people can’t even send a fax. After waiting over a week and still hadn’t received it I called them back and had to explain that you have to put a “1” in front of the area code to send it. ?

What sort of bank sends something as important as a vehicle title through standard mail? This sort of bank. No insurance, no signature required. No nothing. Absolutely insane. Once paid, it seems they care very little.

Literally hate this bank if you have a choice choose elsewhere. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional. I’ve been trying to get some information for a month and half and they also forgot to mail me my documents. Poor poor job

About Crescent Bank
Crescent Bank was founded in 1991 when a small investor group led by Gary N. Solomon Sr. and Fred B. Morgan III purchased the assets of Columbia Homestead in New Orleans. With only three employees, the bank opened as City Bank & Trust. The name was later changed to Crescent Bank to pay homage to a famous nickname of New Orleans, the "Crescent City".
Shortly after its founding, Crescent Bank began to open loan production offices throughout Louisiana to provide auto loans to consumers who were not being served by traditional lending institutions. As the bank succeeded and grew, its lending footprint expanded nationwide.
Crescent Bank also offers nationally competitive CD rates, with some of the best rates of any bank, online or off.
