Dependable Storage provides a very secure and clean facility that is well-lit. The convenient location and fantastic hours add to its appeal. Many customers report a super easy move-in and move-out process, often with same-day unit availability. The phone app for gate and door access works perfectly and is frequently praised. Staff are described as great, professional, friendly, and superb. The facility is always spotless. A few customers note that units can seem smaller than stated and that the rent policy is not prorated upon move-out, which some wish was more flexible. Overall, experiences are positive, with many highly satisfied, long-term customers.

I needed a storage facility while I was having some renovations done on my home. I was able to get a unit the same day with a phone app that easily let me enter and exit. If I ever need a storage facility again, I am immediately calling Dependable Storage.
