“Rocky was absolutely wonderful. I came in needing a storage unit, and she stayed late to help me get everything set up. She took the time to explain all the details, wrote important information down for me, and even walked me through the process on my phone so I wouldn’t miss anything.
What really stood out was her attitude. She was cheerful, funny, patient, and genuinely kind. Moving and storage can be stressful, but she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident that I understood everything and had made the right choice.

“I was skeptical at first because the facility is a bit outside the city. It is a large facility with plenty of units and the space is well organized and maintained. Every time I go it is always clean and quiet. The staff I have dealt with is amazing. They are friendly and eager to help. They unit I rent is not climate controlled but I don’t need that anyway, more to the point, the price is fan-freaking-tastic. Getting outside the city the price drops dramatically. Anytime I need storage I will definitely use NOLA Lock and Storage. Thank you for a real good deal.”

“Really good experience here. We only had one small complaint. The previous renter had some tar in a small spot on the floor. We only wish that it had been cleared up before we moved in. Outside of that, it was a great unit and we wish we could have stayed. Unfortunately we just couldn’t afford it an longer. We were there for 2 years.”

Todd was truly a delightful in welcoming his services. I got everything taken care of and was in and out in a jiffy. I’d recommend mini mall storage any day because the staff there has always been awesome for the last few years I’ve been doing business with them.”
