“Moved from GA to NOLA, initial pick up crew was Victor and Zachary who were professional , careful with my items and efficient. My delivery was exactly as they promised. My delivery crew was Victor and Nick who were Great! They carried my items upstairs into each room as instructed , hung up my clothes in the correct room and made this move so Easy . They made my move so Pleasant and effortless on my part. I would use them AGAIN and will highly recommend them to friends and family who need to be moved.”

“Store Manager is such a sweet young lady. I always see her bouncing around the property and always greeting my husband and I with a warm welcoming smile. Anytime we’ve had issues or questions she addresses our concerns quickly. Hopefully she gets some help so she won’t be there by herself all the time. We definitely would recommend storing at this property and ask for Alexis she will make sure you’re taken care of.”

“Comfortable temperature especially inside the huge area where the storage units are. Professional employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They had every size unit I could have possibly needed. Spacious facility that was easy to drive around with in several exits and entrances. Facility provided several platform hand trucks for their customer's convenience but I used the smaller hand truck I'd bought to transport items to and from my apartment to the storage facility because it is collapsible and could easily fit inside my car. One slender black woman was very very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with General DeGualle Storage again and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a storage facility.”

“Rocky was absolutely wonderful. I came in needing a storage unit, and she stayed late to help me get everything set up. She took the time to explain all the details, wrote important information down for me, and even walked me through the process on my phone so I wouldn’t miss anything.
What really stood out was her attitude. She was cheerful, funny, patient, and genuinely kind. Moving and storage can be stressful, but she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident that I understood everything and had made the right choice.

“I was skeptical at first because the facility is a bit outside the city. It is a large facility with plenty of units and the space is well organized and maintained. Every time I go it is always clean and quiet. The staff I have dealt with is amazing. They are friendly and eager to help. They unit I rent is not climate controlled but I don’t need that anyway, more to the point, the price is fan-freaking-tastic. Getting outside the city the price drops dramatically. Anytime I need storage I will definitely use NOLA Lock and Storage. Thank you for a real good deal.”
