My suite had a full kitchen...so I stocked up from Walgreens massive inventory of ice creams, nuts, milk, eggs, also sunscreens and waters. I literally walked to Walgreens every day!!! NinaJ”
“Give Mary and Yanet a raise for their exceptional customer service and compassion towards me and all their customers. They both helped me get a new phone through my insurance after it got stolen even though insurance denied me 4 times for absolutely atrocious and ridiculous reasons.
They both deserve a lot of credit and kudos. They at least deserve a pizza party or something. Best associates ever.”
“I came in the store earlier this week with a lot of stuff to trade in I came in last minute and I can't remember the guy name but he worked 01/06 Tuesday night and that following Wednesday was VERY HELPFUL. I don't even usually leave reviews but he was awesome and helped me secure a switch 2 for my son birthday. Just wanted to send this and hope he gets recognition. He told me his name but I forgot and feel bad about it.”
“Ja'Nae is an incredible team member at this location as well as Mekhi who got me set up with the services a few months ago but I just stopped in and she helps me get my esim situation restored very promptly and and easily and she is extremely outgoing and friendly as well this is a very nice person to be around. Makai is similar and he's very good as well. What are the wonderful refreshing experience at a phone store after schlepping my way all the way here hoping I would make it on time and hoping it wouldn't take too long 10/10”

“Very happy with the service here. They corrected my issue right away. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name that helped me and my son, but I was really impressed how thorough he was. He kept double checking the phone number and even wrote down information. I felt very comfortable that he was taking care of us and not skipping over any steps. “I went to the Best Buy in Harahan to buy a camera tripod, and Selwin Moore is the reason the trip was worth it.
He came over fast, asked what I was using the tripod for, and helped me pick the right one without trying to upsell me. He broke down what actually matters—stability, height, and how it will work with the way I’m filming—so I wasn’t guessing or wasting money.
He also took extra time to show me how to check pricing and use Best Buy’s price match guarantee so I could make sure I was getting the best deal. That’s rare, and it says a lot about his character.
The only thing he didn’t do was ring me up at checkout—but everything else was handled the right way. If you’re the kind of person who walks into stores and usually gets ignored, ask for Selwin Moore.”

“I don't understand people's expectations. It's a pawn shop. It's used items. Either you want it or you don't ?. I've never experienced bad customer service here. However, I've witnessed impatient people/customers who clearly come with certain expectations that might not be met. If that's the case, then just go buy your items new or sell them elsewhere. It's that simple.”
