Additionally we had no intent to change our Internet provider but Raychelle literally made us an offer we could not refuse that saved us over $200 for the plans. “Best phone repair shop in New Orleans! I had a very complex issue with my phone & an extremely broken front and back screen. They were able fix it before my afternoon flight back home with original Apple parts, restoring my phone completely back to brand new. This meant so much to me since I don’t want the new iOS update that comes with a new phone, so I am thankful they were able to do a full repair so I could keep using this specific phone. All 3 of the people I interacted with were very polite, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly. They were upfront with the price, the potential things that could happen during the repair, and even recommended to me what they would personally do if they were in my situation. They even communicated with my partner about the status of my phone throughout the repair. Being in walking distance of Royal street made it extremely easy to get to. I highly recommend this business & I am extremely grateful for them!”
