“Recently, I lost my left Samsung ear bud! I only needed the left one and ordered it online from a company that had “like new” ear buds where I could order just the left one. It arrived and would not pair with my existing right ear bud or my iPhone. I tried the online company’s instruction and also to call for help to no avail so I sent it back for another left ear bud. It arrived and the same thing happened. It would not pair with my right one or my iPhone. Since I originally bought these Samsung ear buds at an AT&T store I wen there. But the rep did not know how to pair them. He suggested going to the Asurion Tech & solutions store on Magazine in New Orleans. I went there and Alvin the clerk at Asurion worked trying to pair the two ear buds with my iPhone for about 25 minutes trying different thins. But none of those worked until he downloaded an update and voila! The ear buds were paired with me iPhone. I was elated and asked how much was the charge and he said nothing! Shocked I said I have to pay you something for your time. I only had $10 cash on me because I always pay with my credit card. He did not want to take it but I made him. Next time you need tech service ask for Alvin at the Asurion store on Magazine. I cannot promise you free service but they will find a solution to your problem!”

“I had an immediate need to get my iPhone screen fixed and found Wireless World on Yelp nearby. There was only one person manning the booth inside of this gas station convenience store/meat-market (‍), but I was immediately addressed and was promised to have my phone fixed within 20 minutes. Unfortunately there were some complications and (Baedro?) had to hold on to the phone for a bit longer. I didn't mind. He was kind and attentive and committed to making sure I got my phone back fixed, and ultimately that's what I got. Though we did encounter complications, I was on my way in under 40 minutes and at an amazingly competitive price against the 4 other places I had reached out to. I not only recommend this place for the price, but also for the great service and the honest people that operate the place. Some may feel reluctant to get their phones fixed at a gas station/butcher shop, but do your best to get past that. You won't be able to beat this deal.”

“Ask for Jordan! I went there today because my phone didn’t turn on after charging and had to wait an hour and I’m glad it did. Anyway when I went there, they had 5 other customers in front of me. Jordan was working solo and still managed to get my needs and everyone else’s needs taken care of as more people kept coming through the door. Regardless of how many customers they had, Jordan did not seem flustered by the amount of people and was very professional.”

“Major shoutout to Rafat!!!!!!!!!! He really knows his stuff. In another review to "Boost", I mentioned about how I was having problems with that store where I had purchased the phone from. I will have a heart by not giving out that specific store location "just the kind of guy that I am". With my phone issue "calls would drop" when I would be talking on the phone. Anyway once I came to this Boost location Rafat knew off the bat what I was going thru pertaining to my phone!!!!!!!!! With no hesitation he helped me out and was cool calm and patient with me. Not sure if he's the manager for this particular location but if he's not then he should be with a "HUGE" raise at that. I put credit where credit is due and with that said, he deserves the ultimate amount of credit!!!!!!!!! Thanks Rafat "Your the Man"!!!!!”

“The associate Tiffany, (we share the same first name ?) was AMAZING! she was able to get us 4 lines for 100. Plus she signed us up for a program that takes 30 off our bill every month. She was courteous and knowledgeable. She was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be back.Also she let me know if I referred a friend I could get 25 dollars and my friend.Tiffany definitely knows her stuff, she more knowledgeable than most of the associates I have dealt with at this location. “Lane’sha, the manager, was a joy to work with. I was trying to transfer my phone number between carriers and was stuck in limbo. She not only took the time to help me with my issue, but coordinated the solution with corporate, and filled the time in between with pleasant conversation and pictures of her pet turtles. Lane’sha turned a tech issue that was my blocking my work (which is dependent on my phone) into a really pleasant morning.”

“I must say that out of all the Boost Mobile dealers in mid city this one takes the cake for "Best Costumer Service!!" you are greeted before you even finish walking in the store by like five different reps! The guys are very knowledgeable about their products and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure every costumer leaves happy and come back! I really suggest that if you're in the area check them out they have great deals and are always ready to help you! Most importantly the place is clean and they always have the music playing so while you wait, you're jamming! :-)”

“I was having a problem activating a new Boost phone I'd bought at Walmart and the phone rep had disconnected my old service without hooking up the new one, so I no longer had any way to call back and finish the activation! I went into this store and they not only let me use the store phone to call Boost customer service back but they assisted me in every step of the procedure until it was working. The manager Calvin was super helpful and knowledgeable and polite. I recommend this shop as being way above average in terms of the help I received.”

“I was hesitant to go because of the reviews. All I needed was a diagnostic run on my computer. Made an appointment to drop it off and picked it up the next day via appointment. I’m not sure why people don’t read the receipt given to them. It explicitly explains how they run their business. Although it’s different, I got what I needed done and was treated pleasantly.”
