Incredibly rude. Zero customer service. Find somewhere else where they respect customers.

While visiting my daughter and I found a penny stamping machine the clerk refused to exchange my change for quarters to use. Very unprofessional and rude

Slippers fell apart in hours. Hours. No refund. They shouldn’t sell stuff that’s so cheap.

Pretty average of the souvenir shops in the French Quarter. Like the many other places around, prices are a little elevated, but they do have a fairly wide selection of trinkets, clothing, and other merchandise. Just beware that purchases are final!

After a whole day of shopping, I walked into this store and found many things I wanted $1 to $2 cheaper than anywhere else.

I’ve shopped here before with no issues and was looking forward to shopping there again. I used my credit card to pay and the number was stolen by the employee or someone else tied to the store. I know it was there because it was the only time I used my card that day. What a shame.

Hah! I know owning/working at a gift shop isn't a dream job but wow people are visiting the city on vacation having a good time and the attitude whoever was working told me I couldn't take photos of the merchandise (as if it's not the same merchandise that's in any nola gift shop) then proceeded to call me a stupid a*** Also called me a liar when I showed her a scratch on some glasses they had for sale! Happy Mardi Gras!

Cool stuff but we were literally yelled at for unfolding shirts to see if they fit. A lady who worked there yelled at us a second time for using a phone to see how things fit since they had no useful mirrors

Sold me something to make change for the ferry then wouldn't give me dollars. Had to buy something next door to get change. Don't shop here.

Very pleasant. Good tourist stop for souvenirs. Convenient to parking lot. Extra brownie points for them giving the cashiers stool to my elderly mother to sit on while she waited for us to shop. They helped us find right sizes also.

This is a horrible over priced place! They suck! Wish I could give them no stars! The lady there has horrible customer service and she tried to cheat my mom! My mom had $35.00 worth of items and when she left the store her total was $54.00! We checked the receipt and she charges her $14.99 more, we went back and told the lady she was over charging my mom, the lady pointed at her sign and said there was no returns or exchanges! I confronted the lady and I said excuse me this was your mistake, and she said no, it was the cash registers mistake and I can not give her money back, she has to get something work the 14.99! I was furious. My mom then went and got a coffee mug and it was $12.99, she brought it to the register and the lady said "you are gonna owe me taxes on this! " I was so mad!!!! Please do yourself a favor and just go next door, they are nicer and have better prices!

Do not waste your time here. Turn left up the street and go to the Cooking School. I got sucked into the tourist trap, reviewing so that others don't!
