“I had a car run into my house in February and had been without gas, hot water since the beginning of May. The process have been frustrating cause you have to deal with so many contractors for different things and you have to go with these people timing when they can get to you. And sometimes these guys show up when they say they will and sometimes they don't and that be the frustrating part because now they have me sitting waiting around on them to show up and they don't and me miss out on my money. But I must say Allstate have been reaching out to get this thing finish with and I hope we can get this thing rap up cause it's going on 4 months.”
