NOLA Apartments

Apartments
NOLA Apartments offers affordable pricing for its location. The office and maintenance staff are described as friendly, responsive, and accommodating, often replying quickly to emails and sending repair personnel within days of a request. They are noted as being kind and understanding, especially toward students. However, the building itself is reported by some residents to be in disrepair. Issues include unanswered work orders, insect infestations, malfunctioning appliances like stoves and air conditioners, windows that do not open, and problems with electrical outlets and a wobbly toilet. A lack of kitchen ventilation and a past dryer fire requiring use of a laundromat are also mentioned. While some long-term residents express overall satisfaction with management's attentiveness, others find the physical condition of the apartments lacking.
