India, the phlebotomist, was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right labs requested. She also took care to make me as comfortable as possible.

There are never any appointments available at convenient locations. This is the second time I’ve had to drive halfway across the city to find unavailable time. There don’t seem to be any appointments available between 10 and noon however, the Quest lab tech said that they are open during that time.

The tech who drew my blood was excellent – efficient, very helpful, and communicative. I was also seen basically as soon as I checked in. Super short wait!
