About Rathbone Mansions
Rathbone Mansions is a beautifully renovated historic dwelling in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect, close to everything by walking. It is an easy and safe walk to Frenchmen Street and the French Quarter, as well as to various iconic neighborhoods and local restaurants, though the area requires some caution at night. The rooms are phenomenal, beautiful, and very clean, with tall ceilings, plenty of room, and interesting, personal decor with modern touches. Guests loved the comfortable and cozy beds, the bathrooms, the really nice hot showers, de-fogging mirrors, balconies, and intricate artistic details. Some rooms have a patio area in the back. The pool and hot tub are luxurious and a great way to relax. The staff is extremely hospitable, friendly, and very accommodating, offering treats like mimosas and local pastries. The overall vibe is high and lovely. While a minor issue with a gate code was noted, guests would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone, stating the pictures don't do this place justice.

I had a great experience staying here last week. The hotel was well maintained, my room was huge, the pool was peaceful, and Michelle at the front desk was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is an easy uber ride to the quarter and the mansion is beautiful. The office staff is super sweet and even left a bottle of wine in my room with a card for my 60th birthday. We will be staying again in September and I’m looking forward to it!
