Not well-maintained. No curtain on windows in my bedroom & faced street! Most everything needs attention. Some paint, elbow grease & attention to detail could be a game changer. Location pretty good.

Disappointing as no water in room and granola bars and coffee not a breakfast. Stayed 4 nights and second day added bananas and tangerines. It is New Orleans ( should have a bag of beignets (common sense). Room cleaning needs request; will not return. Woman at desk in am has snippy attitude. Should not be working with public.

Great place. Highly recommend. Close enough to the action in the French Quarter (walkable) but far enough away to have peace and quiet when you need it. It was our oasis. The room was lovely and the staff is helpful and kind. Pool and hot tub are great. A plus all around.
